Job Title : Principal and Senior Legal Counsel-Employment Relations

• 2 x roles Principal & Senior Legal Counsel- employment relations
• Auckland CBD

We are looking to fill 2 x roles : Principal Legal Counsel-Employment Relations; Senior Legal Counsel- Employment Relations. This is an opportunity for experienced employment lawyers to join an in-house team as trusted advisory on all aspects of employment and industrial relations.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality, practical employment relations legal advice.

You will advise on employment law and industrial relations risks, partnering with leaders—guiding them on sensitive issues, resolving disputes, advising on key projects, and supporting collective bargaining.

This organisation is large and complex, and this is a great opportunity to take a lead role within the Employment Relations space, often stepping in for the Head of Employment Relations as needed and taking on additional leadership and mentoring responsibilities for the team.
