The role would support all project functions and corporate divisions with legal advice until the end of the project which will be at least 12 months.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts such as consultancy agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements;Working on construction, property, resource managementWork constructively with external counselMaintain relationships with key stakeholdersTo be Successful in the role you will haveAt 3-8 years PQE in either a commercial, corporate or property role however all candidates will be considered on merit;Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the drafting of legal documents;Strong interpersonal skills;Strong analytical skills;This opportunity is an excellent one for an intermediate / senior lawyer looking for a move in house, or someone wanting to make a meaningful difference within a great project.
