About the Role
Te Whare Hohou Roko, is a 9 bed 24-hour medium secureinpatient unit based within the Regional Forensic Psychiatric Service of theSpecialist Mental Health Services in Te Whatu Ora.
Theteam integrates relational security and provides multidisciplinaryassessment, planning and reviews to support individualised care.
Theteam is dedicated to developing good therapeutic relationships with consumers undercare and involved family / whanau.
Alongside this, Registered Nurses' complete case managerrole, co-ordinating and facilitating MDT plans.
The team's emphasis is ondeveloping collaborative therapeutic relationships to achieve positive, safeoutcomes.
Previous forensic or acute specialist mental health nursingexperience is preferred but not essential.
Rotating roster pattern encompassing morning, afternoon andnight shifts.
Extra shifts are possible.

This role requires the following :

Completingcase management within MDT model.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with awesome problem-solvingskills.
