Technical Analyst - HRIS

Join a collaborative team delivering upgrades, integrations, and new functionality across HRIS and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical go-to for HRIS and ERP systems — ensuring smooth integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements, configure systems, troubleshoot, and liaise with vendors.
• Lead and support testing (UAT), documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to projects such as system migrations, new module rollouts, and data / reporting optimisation.
