Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

Based in Albany / Henderson but covering the wider Auckland region, Downer NZ has an opportunity for an experienced Drainage Leading Hand to join our existing team on the Watercare Maintenance contract.

The Leading Hand will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organising, and overseeing staff activities to guarantee that work is completed to customer satisfaction while meeting all productivity, quality, and safety targets. This role requires a hands‑on approach and may also involve providing training and development opportunities for team members as needed.
