We are looking for a customer-focused Outbound Representative to join our team.
This is not about cold calling or hard-core sales, instead, you will work with an established customer base, helping pharmacy partners across New Zealand get the best out of our products and services.

What you'll do
This office-based role is central to our retail engagement strategy.
Working closely with our team of Business Development Managers, you\'ll strengthen Healthcare by Douglas\'s position as a trusted partner in pharmacy retail through proactive support and meaningful conversations.
Connect with a portfolio of existing pharmacy retailers by phone to share product updates, new launches, and exclusive offers as part of a regular call cycle.
Support customers to get the most from our products, helping them meet their business and patient needs.
Build lasting, trust-based relationships through reliable service and genuine partnership.
Keep up to date on our products, pricing, and category insights to provide accurate, helpful guidance.
Confidently communicate the benefits of our products in a way that supports customer decision-making.
Manage orders and customer details accurately in our CRM system.
Work with the National Sales Field Manager to tailor your approach to different customer groups.
Gather and share feedback on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
Contribute to inbox and chatbot queries, and provide support with credits, product recalls, and other service-related tasks as needed.
What you'll bring
A minimum of three years' experience in pharmacy or consumer goods telesales or field sales, ideally backed by a tertiary qualification in business or health.
You may come from a retail pharmacy environment, looking for soft touch into the world of Pharma sales.
Hold a full, clean driving licence (if not full, working toward).
A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a supportive, customer-focused manner.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, consultative approach to handling queries and overcoming objections.
A collaborative team player who exercises good judgement and maintains confidentiality.
Confidence using CRM systems (e.g., Sugar, Probe) and Microsoft Office.
