OverviewWe are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and people-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator, who will be an integral part of the NARC leadership team, responsible for ensuring excellence in customer experience, driving sales, leading our service standards and motivating our dynamic CX team to achieve the best results and ensure that every visit is a memorable one.In October 2023 we opened Northcote Aquatic & Recreation Centre (NARC) on behalf of the City of Darebin.

Our 900 plus team are based at our sites across VIC, NSW, QLD and WA.Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre (NARC) is the fifth venue managed by Clublinks in Darebin, in partnership with the City of Darebin.
