We have a permanent full-time vacancy for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator at our Antigua Street site.

Location : Antigua Street site.

Role : Patient Care Coordinator.

Employment : Permanent, full-time.

Responsibilities

Present a warm & friendly welcome to all patients & visitors

Schedule appointments that best accommodate patient needs

Ensure patients are well informed and know what to expect at their visit

Process invoices, payments and claims with efficiency and accuracy

Collate documentation and maintain records with strict attention to privacy

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

Proven experience in a medical reception, bookings or coordinator role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Clear, concise written and verbal communication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong confident interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels

A genuine desire to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our patients
