About The Role

As our Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be responsible for :

Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service

Overseeing daily operations including reservations, retail, and administration

Supporting staff development and fostering a positive team culture

Promoting the Tiaki Promise - encouraging visitors to care for our people and places

Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld across all experiences

What We're Looking For

12+ months' experience in customer service and administration

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience

A warm, approachable personality with a passion for hosting and hospitality

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to safety and professionalism

Alignment with Ngai Tahu values - open to learning te reo Maori and tikanga

Bonus Skills (not Essential)

Class 2 Drivers Licence and / or P Endorsement (or willingness to obtain)

Experience in the tourism industry

A knack for capturing memorable moments for our manuhiri (visitors)
