Your Role
Here's what you will be doing :
Complete patient assessments and care plans, and evaluate outcomes for residents and their families
Provide exceptional person-centred care and monitor changes to residents' conditions and behaviours
Administer medicines and assist residents with daily activities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documents
Educate and direct peers about possible side-effects of medicines
Monitor residents and initiate appropriate treatment in emergencies
Perform wound management
Reassure and educate residents' families
About You
The company is looking for :
Current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
Computer literacy with concise reporting skills
People skills and empathy for residents and their families
Flexibility to work rostered shifts (full time, 32 hours per week, rotating roster)
1+ years of experience as a registered nurse in New Zealand preferred but not essential; new graduates welcome
