Job descriptionEssential Experience in Adult Mental Health Nursing NZ registration (comp), with a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Current APC Full Drivers License Achieved RN level 2 - Competent Healthcare portfolio Skills Hold an understanding of the sociocultural determinants that impact health service delivery, particularly in relation to the provision of equitable and accessible service. Understanding of informed consent, consumer rights and related issues. Sound assessment, history taking, diagnostic reasoning and pharmacology knowledge. Proven skills and expertise in utilising therapeutic interventions with tangata whai i te ora and their whanau. Experienced and skilful in establishing and maintaining professional, collaborative relationships. Applies contemporary evidence to practice. Demonstrated ability to share clinical knowledge creatively and effectively.
