We're looking for a
Registered Mental Health Nurse
to join a multidisciplinary team, working alongside tangata whaiora, whaanau, and partner agencies to provide holistic, recovery-focused care.
What you'll do :
Build strong therapeutic relationships with service users and whaanau
Complete comprehensive mental health assessments and collaborate on care planning
Deliver a range of evidence-based interventions (e.g. CBT, DBT, Sensory Modulation)
Document clinical care and outcomes aligned with best-practice standards
Work closely with an experienced and supportive MDT to deliver wraparound care
What we're looking for :
Registered Nurse with scope to practice in Mental Health & Addictions
Current APC and full NZ Driver's Licence
At least 1 year post-registration experience in mental health (for RMNs)
Postgraduate Cert in Health Sciences (Mental Health & Addictions), or working towards it
A commitment to equity, cultural safety, and empowering tangata whaiora and their whaanau
Work with a kaupapa-driven organisation focused on achieving health equity for Maori, Pacific, Asian and other underserved communities
