Partner with the team to ensure a smooth dispatch operation and help customers get their orders in a timely and efficient process.Coordinate daily staff resourcing needs.Delegate workloads and tasks to drive productivity.Complete quality target checks.Identify process improvement opportunities; problem solve and be adaptable.Run and update reports and schedules.Ensure the team meets business expectations to support customers.Attributes, Behaviours and QualificationsYou are a natural leader who can influence and get people onside; lead by example.Communicate a clear message in verbal and written form.Enjoy adapting to problem solving and managing exceptions and escalations.Confidently use computers and run reports.Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Wellbeing processes.Location and shift detailsHighbrook location with secure parking onsite.
