Business Assistant – Tax & Legal Services – Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland
Join PwC New Zealand as a Business Assistant in our Tax and Legal Services practice.
You will support multiple partners and teams in a fast-paced, high-detail environment, ensuring seamless collaboration, effective diary management, and high-quality presentation of internal and client work.
Key responsibilities include :
Extensive diary and travel coordination for multiple partners.
Processing partner expenses and confirming timely reimbursement.
Planning and coordinating high-level client and internal meetings, including room bookings, video-conference support and catering.
Event management and coordination for local and national events in partnership with our Markets team.
Coordinating document production with the Document Specialist Team to maintain PwC brand standards.
Project-coordinating support for client engagement across sector teams and priority clients.
Guiding and up-skilling staff on multiple internal systems and best-practice processes.
Managing inboxes with prioritisation and follow-up, ensuring all deadlines are met in a changing environment.
Qualifications and experience you'll bring :
3-5 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience, preferably in professional services.
Strong diary, meeting coordination and correspondence skills.
Proactive inbox management with effective prioritisation.
Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
Highly organised, resilient, and able to plan and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SalesForce, Flexipurchase and Workday preferred.
Strong command of written and spoken English with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to learn and understand new systems quickly.
