About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This dynamic role supports the successful delivery of projects from start to finish and offers an excellent entry point into a stable, well-established, and highly respected company.
As an integral part of our project management team, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced setting, working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented approach are essential to building effective working relationships.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. You’ll be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating a range of digital tools to support project delivery.
This is full‑time role and has flexibility to work from home a couple days each week and from our office in the Christchurch CBD.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension, as our project pipeline continues to expand.
