Allevia Cardiology Ascot is a private cardiology group of highly experienced cardiologists. The group provides expert cardiac care and advice in general and preventative cardiology. The business has expanded over the last 12 months which has led us look to for additional resource in our Administration / Accounting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to a shared purpose of delivering world class patient care.

The Role

Reporting to the Accountant, this new role provides essential financial support across a range of accounting functions. You’ll ensure accuracy and integrity in financial processes and work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support the organisation’s operational and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliations : Reconcile daily transactions.
• Accounts Receivable (Debtors) : Accurately allocate payments, manage overdue accounts.
• Accounts Payable (Creditors) : Prepare provider invoices and process payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Inventory Reconciliations : provide monthly usage and variance analysis.
• ESG Reporting : Collect and analyse environmental data for Toitū reporting, and contribute to sustainability initiatives.
• Fee Analysis and Management : Reconcile monthly provider fee invoices and analyse usage trends.
• Month-End & Support Tasks : Support month-end close activities, assist with financial reporting, journal preparation, and maintain accurate financial records.
