Field Services Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator to join our Field Services team based at our offices located at Airport Oaks, Auckland.

This key role handles high volumes of both inbound and outbound calls and efficiently schedules jobs for our field-based maintenance and repair technicians.

You will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment, have an empathic communication style and enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues.

You'll work closely with our clients and whanau in addition to supporting our field-based technicians, enabling us to deliver a high level of planned maintenance service or repairs of disability equipment.

Your strong admin skills, experience scheduling technicians, and compassionate manner will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Answer high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and schedule jobs for field-based maintenance and repair technicians.
• Coordinate and prioritise maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Work closely with clients, whanau, and field technicians to deliver a high level of service.
