Overview
Our client is an Auckland based digital agency, delivering end-to-end digital marketing services to B2B technology, software and professional services brands across Australasia and beyond. They are looking for a Client Account Manager for an ongoing freelance assignment, approximately 20 hours per week. This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and develop campaigns that deliver on business KPIs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability as the go-to marketing expert for clients.
- Build and manage client relationships through proactive, value-added communication; drive account strategy, campaign execution, and oversee delivery of work.
- Lead and develop teams to deliver on projects and programmes with clear oversight, budget management, and stakeholder management.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification and 5+ years in a similar client / relationship management role, preferably in an agency, consultancy, or high-growth business environment.Experience in B2B marketing, ideally at an enterprise level; HubSpot or similar platforms are advantageous but not required.Strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills with high attention to detail.How to apply
