Customer Operations Representative (Full-Time, Fixed-Term)

Overview

Best of both worlds where you are not just sitting behind a desk all day. Based at Nelson Airport , we have a full-time, fixed-term position available for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic.

We operate 7 days a week on a rotating roster, so there is a requirement to work early mornings (from 7 am), afternoons, nights (until 10 pm), weekends and public holidays as required. For this position days off will be Friday and Saturday with shifts on all other days.

About The Role

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business. This varied role covers both front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. You will also inspect vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, drive and park our cars, and clean vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
