About the opportunity
As Commercial Business Partner, you’ll sit at the heart of Nelmac Kūmānu’s commercial and financial decision-making. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a broad and influential senior role where you will :

About you
Your commercial acumen is matched by your ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders. You are confident providing clear, pragmatic advice, and have the resilience and courage to make sound recommendations.
Experience in contracting, construction, or local government environments will be advantageous, equipping you to navigate the commercial and compliance context Nelmac operates within. Advanced technical capability with financial systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead business improvement initiatives are essential.
