Key Job Requirements :

• Tertiary qualification preferably in marketing, communications or research
• 4+ years in insurance, financial services, or other regulated service industries
• Experience in customer-centric writing, content design, or digital customer experience
• Extensive experience with broad stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, digital platforms, or marketing automation tools (desired)
