UCOL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Assurance & Risk Officer to support our compliance, contract management, and procurement processes.
In this varied role, you'll help ensure legal and policy requirements are met, while supporting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and reducing organisational risk.
You'll work closely with staff and managers, providing practical advice and guidance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities :
Support compliance frameworks and processes
Advise on contract management and procurement
Assist with OIA and Privacy Act requests
Coordinate legal compliance activities and surveys
Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Promote best practice in governance and records management
Deliver training and develop guidance materials
Build strong stakeholder relationships
