Harvey Norman is looking for a Contracts Administrator for our newly created position!
This is a full-time, 12 month fixed-term position located at our Manukau Head Office.
This role involves working with teams and suppliers to gather and check contract records to create a centralised contract management function.
As part of your research into company contracts, you'll identify gaps and suggest tools and processes that support better contract oversight.
About the role : Establish and manage a centralised contract repository by coordinating with internal teams.
Compile a supplier list through collaboration with Accounts Payable and Trade teams.
Input and validate contract data in the central database ensuring alignment with company standards.
Assess contract risk and escalate high risk items for review.
Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive contract information.
Report on contract coverage, risk and outstanding actions, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.
