Join Naylor Love as a Health and Safety Cadet in Auckland, gaining hands-on experience in commercial construction safety practices.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Work with project teams across commercial, healthcare, education, and retail construction sectors.
• Promote best practice behaviours and plan safe practical work methods to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Work closely with the Regional Health and Safety Manager to assist with establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving safety processes and procedures.
• Gain exposure to all facets of construction from tender stage through to project completion.
