Join Naylor Love as a Health and Safety Cadet in Auckland, gaining hands-on experience in commercial construction safety practices.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Work with project teams across commercial, healthcare, education, and retail construction sectors.

Promote best practice behaviours and plan safe practical work methods to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Work closely with the Regional Health and Safety Manager to assist with establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving safety processes and procedures.

Gain exposure to all facets of construction from tender stage through to project completion.

About You

The company is looking for :

A genuine interest in construction and commitment to a career in Health and Safety.

Ideally holding or working towards a Cert IV in Health and Safety or higher.

A construction trade or relevant tertiary background is desirable.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand as a resident or with a current work visa.

Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical questionnaire including drug screening.
