Our Digital Programme is central to driving innovation, efficiency, and compliance across our pharmaceutical operations. From implementing smart manufacturing technologies to upgrading digital systems and automating manual processes, these projects are key to modernising our infrastructure and enhancing operational performance.

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to lead and support digital and automation projects across our Auckland manufacturing sites. These may include system integrations, industrial technology implementation, data infrastructure upgrades, process automation, and compliance initiatives.

You'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to execution and close-out, while ensuring alignment with GMP standards, Digital security protocols, and business priorities. You will also support other Project Managers and Programme Managers across the broader digital transformation portfolio.

What you\'ll do

• Leading multiple digital and automation projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• Developing and maintaining project documentation including schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and escalating risks where necessary
• Supporting procurement, software validation, and vendor engagement processes
• Reporting on project status and contributing to programme updates
