Pastry Chef Assistant – Pastry Production Kitchen – Queenstown CBD
The Roles
You’ll join a passionate, skilled team dedicated to creating exceptional handmade products for our Patagonia cafés and wholesale customers.
As a Food Preparation Assistant , you’ll :
Help prepare and produce ice cream and sorbet from scratch.
Weigh, mix, and process ingredients following recipes.
Assist with packaging, labelling, and quality control.
Keep equipment and work areas clean and food‑safe.
As a Pastry Chef Assistant , you’ll :
Support the Pastry Chef in pastry, chocolate, and dessert production.
Accurately measure and prepare ingredients.
Maintain consistency and presentation standards.
Contribute to a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
