We work alongside Pacific entrepreneurs, enterprises, and organisations to build capability, resilience, and long-term success.About the RoleAs a Community Delivery Partner, you'll be the vital connection between PBT and Pacific businesses in your region.
You'll work directly with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and deliver tailored support through PBT's programmes, grants, and services.This role is all about building trusted relationships, understanding local needs, and championing Pacific aspirations.
You'll help ensure that Pacific businesses are supported with culturally grounded, practical pathways to growth and opportunity.At PBT, we believe in being present where our communities are.

You'll be part of a national team that values collaboration, cultural integrity, and the power of relationships to drive meaningful change.Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with Pacific businesses and community leadersFacilitating access to PBT's business capability services and investment funding opportunitiesRepresenting PBT at community events and engagementsProviding accurate reporting and insights to inform programme deliveryChampioning Pacific-led solutions and economic developmentAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about Pacific communities and has the skills to support Pacific business success.
Ideally, you'll bring : A practical understanding of business, financial literacy, and business modelsProven experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagementExperience in service delivery, business support, or professional servicesStrong networks within Pacific communities and businessesA genuine passion for Pacific economic developmentConfident using the Microsoft Office Suite to manage communications and schedules, and ideally with experience in data management systemsA tertiary qualification in business (preferred but not essential)A current, full New Zealand driver's licenceWhy Join PBT?
