Ko tō Mahi – What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s organisation and build strong relationships at all levels; be viewed as the customer’s onsite service delivery owner, and a dedicated, reliable, virtual colleague.
  • Own and proactively lead customer-specific service support initiatives and actions, working closely with SDM, SDC, and Account Manager to ensure activities and service outcomes are visible to the customer.
  • Model best-practice customer experiential service support, coaching customer colleagues to enable self-service and maximize value from One’s products and services.
  • As a Managed Mobility Specialist, be the One NZ representative onsite with a Dunedin-based Enterprise customer. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible hours to suit ongoing commitments.
  • Coordinate and manage the transition of projects and integration into existing infrastructure; manage and operate customer-specific tools and processes.
  • Provide ad-hoc and regular reporting as required.

Nā Mātou – What You’ll Bring

  • Understanding of mobile technology (iOS / Android) with demonstrated experience and capability in mobile device hardware and features.
  • Experience with technology administration tools and mobile device management tools.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in ITC or a similar industry.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Industry-related tertiary qualifications in technology or a related field (preferred).
  • New Zealand citizenship to meet clearance criteria.
