Au Mahi | What You Will DoAs a Workday Technical Analyst, you'll ensure UC's Workday and integrated applications remain stable, secure, and continuously improved.
You'll collaborate with Finance, People & Culture, and Digital teams to deliver innovative solutions, troubleshoot issues, and enhance business processes.Your Day Will IncludeManaging configuration changes, enhancements, and integrations using Workday tools (including EIB).
Supporting system upgrades, security role management, and feature releases.Providing expert technical advice to HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders.Working with vendors and SMEs to resolve issues, streamline operations, and improve user experience.Mou | Who You AreYou'll BringAt least 5 years' experience in IT, including 2+ years in ERP platforms (Workday experience highly regarded).
