About the Role

This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As a Field Engineer, you will support a variety of IT environments and provide on-site assistance to our clients. Your responsibilities will include delivering desktop and engineering support, performing on-site installations, and managing any necessary diagnostics, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs of complex equipment and systems.

You will work closely with clients, so exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service focus are essential. Professionalism, combined with solid technical expertise, will be key to your success in this role.

• Please note : Due to the security requirements of our customers, this role is only available to New Zealand Citizens and / or Permanent Residents having lived in NZ for a minimum of 5 consecutive years
