With some of our team moving to support the new Prestons store,we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to step into the2IC role in our Outdoor Garden department.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the department team leader in daily operations and team coordination

Managing inwards goods and ensuring accurate stock receipting

Monitoring and addressing SLOB (slow-moving and obsolete) stock lines

Assisting with stocktaking processes and inventory accuracy

Planning and executing weekly routines, including rostering, merchandising, and promotional setups

Taking responsibility for the department in the team leader's absence

Supporting team development through coaching and process improvement

Delivering great customer service to our customers

What We're Looking For
