Sales Coordinator (Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join the team at Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd. This contract position is based in Queenstown, Central Region and will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operations of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing of customers' orders and invoicing
• Process purchase orders
• Responsible for import and export shipping arrangements
• Liaise with 3rd party logistics company for smooth delivery of order
• Customer relations management by resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Involved in stock take
• Maintain proper documentation in the department
• Ensure compliance of Information Security Management procedures
• Other duties as assigned
