About The Role
Design and deliver high-quality travel itineraries for agents across international markets.
Provide exceptional customer service by preparing accurate quotes, itineraries, and documentation within set timeframes.
Manage the quotation process to ensure timely responses while keeping the business competitive and profitable.
Oversee day-to-day operations, streamlining processes to maintain efficiency, consistency, and excellent client experiences.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, assisting with negotiations to achieve sustainable and profitable outcomes.
Work closely with senior leaders to recommend improvements, explore new products and market opportunities, and support financial processes that minimise risk and drive growth.
About You
Previous experience in travel operations with a strong understanding of working with international agents and suppliers.
High level of customer service with excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Calm, positive, and professional approach under pressure.
A team player who is proactive, reliable, and solution-focused.
Quick to learn new systems and processes, with strong IT literacy.
