We aim to create new opportunities for participation, grow commercial sustainability, and elevate the profile of athletics across New Zealand.About the RoleThis is a hands-on, creative role at the heart of our marketing and communications team.
Reporting to the Content and Communications manager, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality design assets, coordinating email communications, and supporting content across our digital platforms.Your ImpactCreate graphics and visual assets that align with our brand and bring campaigns to life.Design and send newsletters and email campaigns to our diverse audienceMaintain and update our websites with accurate, engaging content.Help produce and share content across our social media channels.Support content creation during key events.About YouWe're looking for a creative, organised, and digitally savvy team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Essential Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualification in design, communications, marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and CanvaExperience with Mailchimp or similar email platformsUnderstanding of social media trends and content creationWebsite CMS experience (WordPress & Squarespace)Strong communication and multitasking skillsA passion for sport and social mediaBonus Points ForExperience in sport, events, or not-for-profit sectorsPhotography or video editing skillsFamiliarity with the Athletics New Zealand landscape.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the voice and visual identity of one of New Zealand's most iconic sports!
