- As part of the ongoing development of our digital customer communications, we’re changing the way we talk to our customers. As a Content Designer, you’ll play a key role in this work by designing content across our digital channels.You'll create clear, customer-centric, accessible content that's on brand and meets our regulatory requirements. Using a test-learn-optimise approach, you’ll measure and track results and share these with your stakeholders to build a cycle of continuous improvement.You’ll collaborate with UX designers, product owners and engineers across Agile cross-functional squads to create content that makes it easy for our customers to use features across our digital platforms. You’ll help optimise our digital channels, simplify customer journeys and create a world-class customer experience.You’ll receive ongoing support from the Content Design team and meet regularly to share insights and learnings and shape the way we create and use digital content.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in content design, UX writing, and / or digital communications.
- Confident user of content management systems and web analytics tools like Google or Adobe Analytics.
- Able to partner with stakeholders across a complex organisation to produce customer-centred content that drives outcomes.
- Proven track record of executing content initiatives and advocating for customer-centred content.
- Adept with customer research, information architecture, metadata, and content governance.
- Able to apply content strategies and content plans to identify content needs.
- Proficient with journey and experience mapping, storyboards, and personas.
- Confident using a range of design and research tools like Figma and Miro, and open to adapting to new trends and technologies.
- Experience working in an agile environment in cross-functional teams with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
