Overview
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for driving performance metrics and first-class 4P execution across a key Kraft Heinz portfolio. Supports leadership of a strategic partnership with a major New Zealand retail customer, and is a trusted customer partner both internally and externally. Facilitates the customer agenda within Kraft Heinz by driving customer orientation through cross-functional collaboration and mid-level leadership. This role will support the Head of Customer in driving best practice across the account, and will lead, coach and develop an Account Executive. Seen as a role model of mid-level leadership across the account and field sales organisation at Kraft Heinz.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop an account executive, always modelling Kraft Heinz values.
- Lead 4P execution of all Kraft Heinz strategies in portfolio, exceeding sales, profit, investment, distribution, market share, forecasting and engagement targets.
- Drive and execute strategic medium-term customer Joint Value Plans, connecting Customer and Kraft Heinz strategy to drive mutual growth and value.
- Lead specific customer agenda within your Kraft Heinz portfolio. Responsible for driving cross-functional customer orientation, collaboration and execution within portfolio.
- Execute customer contact matrix within portfolio to increase cross-functional stakeholder influence in customer structure. Develop trusted advisor status with merchandise manager level.
- Play an active role as a mid-level cross-functional sales leader within portfolio collaboration, process improvement and cultural transformation, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Execute and support leadership of a data-driven selling agenda with customer.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
