Successful candidate will work with the existing team providing support for 1FSS's AP-Direct, ePay, eSundry, Infinity Scan and AIMS, and the upcoming Vendor Invoice Management System.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-going application supports for multiple systems.
- Meet the Service Level Agreement of the application support based on system criticality.
- Conduct user requirement analysis for development / implementation of enhancements to existing systems.
- Involve in SDLC activities.
- Liaise with business users on application support and enhancements.
- Manage vendors in project implementation, application testing, application patches and upgrades
- Provide application maintenance support after office hour when required.
- Support audit when required.
- Ensure no SLA breach on system’s vulnerability assessment.
- Work on Application Ops Practice & Governance (AOPG) tasks by following SOP guidelines and sign-off templates.
- Production incident assignment to team member and report preparation.
- Production incident analysis and formulate improvement plan.
Requirements
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline5 -7 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platformsITIL v3 / v4 certification and strong service-oriented experience / background preferred.Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needsExperience in dealing with 3rd party vendor or client for supportCandidate who has basic finance knowledge preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
