Location : Auckland, New ZealandContract Type : Full-Time Permanent ContractAs a Key Account Executive – FSNI, you'll play a key role in driving market share growth, managing key grocery accounts, and building lasting customer partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to own sales performance, execute key commercial activities, and leverage data-driven insights to optimise our grocery channel performance.

If you're proactive, detail-oriented, have strong Microsoft Excel or data analytics skills, and possess key account experience, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing : Sales & Commercial Performance – Own volume and profit targets, ensuring effective execution of promotional activities.Key Account Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key grocery customers, ensuring long-term success.Data & Insights Management – Use tools like SAP, ACNielsen, and Excel to track performance, identify opportunities, and improve product offerings.Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) – Oversee VMI processes to ensure stock availability, maintain customer satisfaction, and support the timely speed-to-market of new products.Field Sales Support – Provide regular updates to the sales team, helping them optimise performance and address distribution gaps.Customer & Vendor Management – Collaborate closely with customers to ensure stock availability and timely product launches.What You'll Bring : Experience & Knowledge : Previous experience in VMI, demand forecasting, or supply chain within the liquor industry is preferred but not essentialTechnical Proficiency : Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and forecasting functions.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to assess inventory trends, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.Attention to Detail & Administration : Strong organizational skills to manage inventory data, reporting, and order accuracy.Growth Mindset : Enthusiastic about learning, adapting to industry trends, and developing professionally within the role.At DB, we're more than just a brewery – we're a team of passionate and forward-thinking individuals.
