This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who's looking for a challenge and eager to upskill.
You'll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment processes and play a key role in onboarding new staff, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities with precision and care
Preparing accurate and timely employment documentation for successful candidates
Supporting recruitment-related risk-management processes to help maintain a safe and inclusive workplace
Delivering system and process training, and resolving user queries with confidence
Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
What You'll Bring
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Snaphire preferred)
A solid background in HR and / or recruitment
Strong understanding of employment documentation and relevant legislation
Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail
The ability to juggle priorities, manage time effectively, and stay calm under pressure
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support your team wherever needed

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours / week), with a starting salary between $60,000 and $65,000 per annum.
