We're looking for a practical, hands-on team leader to step into a full-time management role overseeing delivery operations across the Auckland region. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day mail delivery operation for Auckland and our wider network of satellite sites, including Whangarei. You'll report to the Auckland Area Manager and manage a team of Team Leaders, a Service Delivery Coordinator, and Delivery Staff.
You'll split your time between the main branch and your satellite sites, making sure our service runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, every day. This is an on-site position.
