We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Accountant to support a fast growing organisation in the private healthcare sector during a significant integration period. This newly created role will see you work closely with a range of stakeholders across both the executive team and the wider business. With the organisation integrating a large acquisition and uplifting its finance capability, you will play a key role in aligning and strengthening the finance function.
Being a genuine people person is essential. You’ll partner with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders to drive meaningful improvements and embed more robust processes. You will be instrumental in lifting accuracy, rigour, and operational alignment across a consolidating group that is scaling quickly.
This role suits someone with a strong improvement mindset and the ability to work autonomously. You will be leading process mapping, identifying gaps, and improving financial workflows. Experience in system change management and change implementation will be critical to success.

This role ideally commences early December and is expected to run until March 2026, with potential for extension.
