Management Accountant

The role :

To provide accurate and timely financial management reporting and ensure control of AP, AR, and Payroll processes. This role combines technical accounting, process management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities :

• Assist in preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reports
• Oversee the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll functions
• Manage payroll functions (weekly / fortnightly and monthly), filing of payroll returns, annual leave accruals and reporting
• Maintain monthly reconciliation of revenue (Fusion and NetSuite)
• Daily cashflow reporting and weekly & monthly cashflow forecasts
• Preparation and file GST returns
• Manage landowner site rental calculations, bus license fee calculations and prepare monthly rental payment files
• Month-end reporting
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP, AR, and payroll processes.
• Support decision-making with financial insights
