Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and carrying out marketing activities and presentations.
• Translate and prepare marketing materials, reports, and proposals.
• Support tender submissions and project-related marketing documents.
• Liaise with Japan HQ and regional offices for project and company updates.
• Organize client meetings and visits from HQ personnel.
• Provide research and administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

No prior marketing experience is required; minor experience in managing the company’s social media or any marketing events is acceptable.

Japanese-speaking role : JLPT N2 or above to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
