Business Manager

We’re are excited to be partnering with a growing civil construction company to recruit a Business Manager who thrives on structure, compliance, and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee financial, operational, and administrative systems to keep projects running smoothly and profitably.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll manage key business functions including :

• Financial & Claims Management – Ensure accurate invoicing, debtor control, and monthly profitability reporting.
• Fleet Management – Maintain compliance and optimize asset utilization using Fleet Pin.
• Purchase Order & Delegated Authority – Implement and enforce PO systems and approval frameworks.
• HR & Payroll Administration – Oversee timesheets, payroll, onboarding, and leave management.
• Health & Safety – Drive compliance through HazardCo and proactive PPE management.
• Systems & Reporting – Deliver timely, accurate reports and continuously improve workflows.
