About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you are a natural hunter who will be instrumental in driving new business acquisitions and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. With high volume internally generated leads combined with your flair to generate your own; countless opportunities and great commissions are in abundance for those willing to work hard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Courier Franchisees and utilising your natural flair to generate new business leads.
  • Maintaining a robust and accurate sales pipeline.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key contacts.

You are well supported by a strong and agile management team with fast and responsive decision making, a wonderful and inclusive business culture and an operations team that is going from strength to strength with the recent installation of an industry leading freight sorting automation system and service levels exceeding the competition.

To be Successful in this Role

  • You’ll have proven B2B sales experience, ideally within logistics, courier, or transport sectors.
  • You’re results-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’re self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a wide territory.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and can build relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • You hold a valid driver’s licence and are willing to travel regularly within the designated region.
