You'll use your knowledge and experience to help the client transforming its learning practices.

With access to talented leaders, formal learning and a wide variety of practical experience, you'll receive all the support you need to succeed.Skills and attributes for successSupporting client in their transformation journey with learning transformation effortsPerform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning effortsImprove the effectiveness of learning programs to more effectively achieve desired business outcomes.To qualify for the role you must haveBachelors in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and / or other relevant disciplinesCertificates in ACTA / ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferredPrior experience in areas such as Learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage.At least 7 years of working experiences including 5 years in management consulting roleProven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholdersPassion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clientsGood communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
