, the

Product Supply Insights Manager

will lead our Supply Chain Analyst team, ensuring they deliver high-impact insights to support the Group Supply Chain team.

You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering reporting solutions that enable smarter, faster, and more customer-centric decisions.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, insight-driven outputs.

Recommend, design, and produce reports and dashboards that not only visualise supply chain metrics but also solve business challenges, uncover inefficiencies, and enable proactive decision-making across the Group Supply Chain team.

Champion a data-driven culture by crafting compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions.

Embed insight-led planning, processes, and playbooks across the supply chain function.

Evaluate a wide range of customer, competitor, and market data to inform trading and operational strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally to embed insights into everyday decision-making.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a supply chain, analytics, and data modelling.

Strong technical and analytical background– comfortable working with large datasets, BI tools, and statistical methods.

Experience managing or mentoring teams– you know how to bring out the best in others.

Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
