We’re looking for a Data Systems Analyst to ensure Leonardo’s data is consistent, reliable, and trustworthy, enabling every team to move faster and make smarter decisions. You’ll sit at the intersection of analytics, product, and engineering, designing and governing how data flows through our systems to give a clear, unified picture of what’s really happening across our products and growth channels.

With a lot of data and many tools, tags, and tracking points feeding information into the business, this role brings everything together. You’ll ensure that what we measure is accurate and that what we report truly reflects our impact. When this role is at its best, Leonardo moves with greater speed and confidence, and metrics align so insights land quickly and decisions feel effortless because the truth is visible to everyone.

It removes friction for leadership and empowers teams to generate reliable customer data around the Leonardo platform, providing clarity to plot our next move with precision. Over time, your work will shift us from looking back at what happened to using data to shape what happens next, turning clarity into momentum and momentum into impact.
