Customer Service / Driver

OverviewThe purpose of this role is to deliver customer orders in a timely manner and provide customers with excellent service.

To keep the yard in a tidy condition and operate the forklift in a safe way.

Ensure Hynds products are moved carefully in a safe, timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all customer orders are delivered to site in full and safely on time as per customer expectationsFollow delivery instructions closely and deliver orders safely and on timeDrive in a manner that is in line with the road code and Hynds safety expectations and NZTA rules and regulationsAssist with sales support for all branch customers.

Ensure interactions with customers meet Hynds service standardsOperate crane and lifting equipment in a safe and responsible mannerLiaise with Internal Sales teams for contract sales fulfilment as appropriateKey AttributesTechnically Competent : HIAB experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.

Full NZ driver licence class 2 required with experience.

F & W Endorsements are beneficial but not essential.Decisive and Intuitive : Takes accountability for making things happen.

Can make decisions and implement them effectively.Accurate with Detail : To ensure customer orders are correct, and branch performance standards are met.

Attention to detail with paperwork and administrationSafety Focus : Always understands the importance of safety.
